Takamatsu's Budo Legacy Online Taikai 2022 through September, October, November and December 2022.
Mangetsu Dojo with its branches from Norway, Sweden and Denmark participated in the Genbukan International Taikai, which took place in Spain from 18th to 21st of October in Barcelona.
On November 3rd 2017 it was officially announced that Tanemura Soke would receive the Imperial Order of the Sacred Treasure from His Majesty the Emperor.
Mangetsu Dojo participated in a big seminar (Taikai) held at the Dublin City University, Ireland, from August 31st till September 3rd 2017, organized by Kyoshi M. O'Reilly and Kyoshi B. Duffy. The seminar was led by Grandmaster Tanemura and his son Kotaro Shihan. Theme of the seminar was the renowned Jujutsu style of Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu, from which many modern martial arts systems draw their teachings.
In Japan from 18th to 25th of October 2015 Genbukan Taikai was held with the theme of Takagi Yoshin Ryu Jujutsu and Amatsu Tatara Takamagahara writings. With absolutely divine location of the seminar, we were amazed by the amount of techniques that we had to adopt.
From the 16th till 19th of October 2014 a Genbukan European Taikai was held in Brighton, UK. Grandmaster Tanemura and Kotaro Shihan have demonstrated the school of Kijin Chosui Ryu, which is one of the most advanced and complicated style that we have had the opportunity to learn.
